Handling of accessibility-related requests and complaints

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of their elements be ensured. It is also possible to request that information be made available through an alternative means of access — for example, by having a digitally inaccessible document read aloud, or by having the content of a video without audio description described. Once the above procedure has been exhausted, a complaint may also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights.

We provide communication aids including an induction loop; the reception desk is equipped with an intercom, a printed text reading device, an electronic magnifier and a text-to-speech programme. Sign language interpreter services are also available.
